He received a Bachelor degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo a nationally-ranked university in 1992 and after working for top California architectural firms such as LPA, Hill Partnership and HNTB he acquired many years of experience in the design and construction of educational, commercial and residential buildings. From 1992 he has designed and helped the construction of more than two dozen educational, residential and commercial projects in Southern California.

Saied has over 25 years of cumulative experience in general building design, construction and property inspections of educational projects (K12), residential and commercial buildings.

Coastal Inspections was formed with the philosophy of providing property owners access to a truly qualified and knowledgeable building inspectors who can provide an unbiased evaluation of the property’s condition. Our personal building experience included taking several houses down to the studs, personally and redesigned and rebuilt them from the studs.
